The responsibilities of the Lead include:

 

-          Supervising all student organization meetings

-          Overseeing the process of student organization event planning; purchase requests; fundraising, etc,;

-          Maintain a current list of contact information of the Business Talks members, advisors and Prof. Müller

-          Holding meetings during the semester

-          Working with the Moneymakers department to prepare and annual budget and information for the end semester review with Prof.Müller

-          Scheduling locations for internal meetings

-          Coordinating student organization

-          Writing and forwarding the Letter of recommendation to Prof. Müller

Minimum Qualifications

 – Each candidate is expected to:

-          Student of HFU with at least 2 semesters to be studied at HFU

 

-          Applicant must belong to Schwenningen Campus.
